From Concept to Construction
As a full-service firm we are present at every stage of the process, from helping you uncover your design vision and creating detailed drawings to walking your construction site to ensure every aspect is implemented as planned.
Full-Service Process

Once contracts are signed, we begin gathering the details for the project. We consider the goals outlined in our initial conversations, your project needs and design preferences to present a design direction that will encompass the look and feel of the final design.

Once the design direction is approved, we begin to map out the specifics for each space we’ll be working on. During this time we will create preliminary technical drawings, define certain material selections, and put together a pricing set, all of which we present to you at our next meeting.

After the presented design is approved, the focus is on the details as we finalize technical drawings, specification lists, and quotes. Once completed, we share the construction selections with your contractor, and then begin finalizing furniture and accessory selections.

When construction is underway, we will schedule periodic site visits to make sure the design is being implemented as planned. We will oversee material deliveries and coordinate with tradespeople as needed.

Finally, when construction is complete, we will proceed with any additional furniture and accessory installation as defined by our project scope. Your project is then photographed and ready for you to enjoy!
